This course helps you understand and challenge ableism, which is the prejudice against people with disabilities. We’ll explore how ableism manifests in both subtle and overt ways. You will learn to identify ableist language and understand why it’s harmful, even when used unintentionally. By the end of this course, you’ll be equipped with the knowledge and tools to recognize ableist behaviors and communicate more respectfully and inclusively in the workplace.
