Workplace Bullying - and What You Can Do About It

This course explores the complex and often misunderstood topic of workplace bullying, with a specific focus on how it uniquely impacts people with disabilities and neurodivergence. We will define bullying and examine how it manifests through verbal abuse, social exclusion, and sabotage, paying close attention to ableist behaviors and a lack of understanding about neurodiversity. By the end of this course, you will be able to identify bullying, understand its particular forms as they relate to disability and neurodiversity, and learn strategies for creating a more inclusive and supportive work environment for all.
